Yes, we have anti-bedbug mattress covers. These covers are daily desinfected by our staff. As for the pillows, all of them get a case for free with the reservation.

Yes, contact us for group reservations. We can offer you activities like yoga classes, catterings, visits to a wine cellar where you can enjoy wine tasting, a guided visit to Eunate and of course a guided tour to Puente la Reina. Ask for whatever you have in mind and we will help you.
Sorry we don´t. The hostel has been built over the old wall of Puente la Reina that´s why it´s impossible for us to adapt the premises for that need.
We sure have. We have several double rooms that you can book for yourself at a somewhat lower price. A perfect rest. Sheets are included! 😊
There are window ledges where you can leave your rucksack and some clothes. You´d rather not iron your clothes, would you?😉
A 100% pilgrim experience includes sleeping in the hostel. It´s the ideal choice if your are travelling on your own, have a limited budget or wish to get to know other pilgrims.
The hostel Puente, assisted by our attentive and pleasant staff, is a nice warm place where there are shared common rooms. But if you are looking for unnecessary luxuries then you should look for some other type of lodgings. Hostels are not hotels and sometimes somebody may snore at night…these are things we can do nothing about!

Yes!! There is free unlimited high speed Wifi all over the hostel.
All reservations always include pillow cases.

Yes we have a fully equipped kitchen which you are welcome to use for free. In case you don´t feel like cooking there are plenty of bars and restaurants nearby.

- Reception opening hours from 12:30 to 19:00.
- Make sure you arrive before 19:00. Pilgrims are not allowed after that time. We want to protect the rest of the pilgrims that start their way at dawn and are early to bed.
- You can leave the premises and come back later than 19:00. We will give you a code number to get in. We simply require from you to respect the silence and rest of the other pilgrims.
- Get up and have breakfast as early as you want. Our breakfast is ready since 4 m.
- Check out time: until 8:30.
Yes, it´s the best choice if you want to enjoy journey with time. Make sure you have your lodging!

Several medieval routes converge in the town and although most of the hostels are open during the high season, they may get fully packed due to the great demand.

Please bear in mind it´s not possible to put up cribs or suppletory beds in the rooms.
Children under 3 years can share a mattress as long as the reservation is a double room. Otherwise there should be a mattress per person.

- Our hostel will offer you with a pillow case in all reservations.
- Double room reservations do include sheets and an eiderdown.
Bunk reservations do not include sheets. You can hire a fitted sheet for 0,50€ or a complete bed linen set for 4€.
